20 Questions for Charlotte

Since been living here for four years, I've seen major growth in this city and when come to transportation thats a major issue. That we need to solve public transportation here in charlotte, there is folks that live in certain area of the town buses do not connect uptown due to certain bus line They said light rail was running north but when we need trains now that can move us uptown Charlotte a great city but need more trains where folks can be able to ride. We need to come up with a solution that and will make charlotte an outstanding and wonderful place to live.

My real concern is that the area inside the "277 Beltway of privelege" is all that Charlotte and it's elected officials are worried about. Millions/Billions are spent Uptown for Elite Condo's and other things that are not needed at this time. Yes, Charlotte is growing, and yes, housing is needed. However, when the area that is outside the "277 beltway of privelege" is all but ignored and is running down as fast as tax breaks and favors are handed out for uptown, we need help now. Eastland mall is too dangerous and vacant to go to, and this would not be allowed to happen in the SouthPark area, or Mall of the Carolinas, or Concord. Maybe we in the Eastside just arent wealthy enough to deserve any help, but, without our tax money, things would be much different. Thank you, and please excuse my spelling and area names, I try.
